When my friend Zach reached out to do photography for his recently openned gym at Rosslyn Riviera Mall, I went in thinking it was the traditional gym, boy was I wrong! I was introduced to crossfit! Which essentially are, variation of exercises derived from seven natural body movements; pull, push, gait, hip hinge, lunge, carrying and squats.
